Currently the standard recording of Foot Afflictions shows a rating of 1- being mild 2- moderate 3- severe These pictures here are of differing cases of dermatitis(strawberry) just to give you an idea. This can be applied to all afflictions of the foot

Score 1 Mild
Score 2 Moderate
Score 3 Severe
